Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of storemetry.com and the services offered by Storemetry. By using our services, you accept these terms. Customer terms that deviate from these apply only if we expressly agree to them in writing.
Service description
Storemetry provides automated ecommerce audits for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. Free scan: a non-binding preliminary assessment with limited results. The scan analyses publicly accessible data from your store. Paid audit: a comprehensive one-time audit with a detailed PDF report, dashboard access, industry benchmarks, and prioritised recommendations. This is a one-time purchase — not a subscription.
Contract formation
A contract for a paid audit is formed when you complete checkout and payment is successfully processed via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email. The free scan does not constitute a binding offer and does not create a payment obligation.
Pricing and payment
One-time payment: €197 (EU market) / $247 (US/CA market) via Stripe. Stated prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Payment methods are provided by Stripe (credit card and other local methods where available). Storemetry does not store full payment card details.
Delivery
Full audit reports are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment — via email (PDF) and the customer dashboard. During high demand, processing may take longer; we will notify you by email. The free scan usually delivers results within a few minutes.
Usage rights and intellectual property
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the delivered audit report for your own business purposes. The underlying software, methodology, and Storemetry brand remain our property. Redistribution or publication of the report as your own service is not permitted.
User obligations
You confirm that you are authorised to have the submitted store URL analysed. You must not misuse the service (e.g. automated bulk requests, circumventing security measures, submitting third-party stores without permission). We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
Cancellation and refunds
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract conclusion. Because digital content is available immediately after delivery of the audit report, the right of withdrawal expires if you expressly agree that we begin performance before the deadline and confirm you are aware of losing the withdrawal right. If technical issues prevent delivery, contact us at hello@storemetry.com — we will seek a resolution or refund.
Limitation of liability
Our audits are based on automated analysis of publicly accessible data at the time of review. We do not warrant completeness in every individual case or specific revenue improvements. Storemetry is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. Liability for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law remains unaffected. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid.
Governing law and jurisdiction
EU law and the law of the provider's country of establishment apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence apply. The place of jurisdiction for business customers is the provider's registered office. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their domicile.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as needed. The current version is always available at storemetry.com. Material changes will be announced on the website. For ongoing contracts, the terms in effect at the time of contract conclusion apply.
