Request data deletion

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data. Enter the email address you used with Storemetry (free scan, paid audit, or dashboard login). We will delete or anonymize all personal data associated with that email.

How the process works

1. Submit your email and confirm the deletion request. 2. If an account exists, we send a confirmation link to that email (valid for 24 hours). 3. Click the link to permanently delete or anonymize your data. 4. You receive a final confirmation once the process is complete. This two-step process protects against unauthorised deletion requests.

What may be retained

Paid audit records may be retained in anonymized form where required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Consent records may be kept for up to 3 years as proof of compliance. Server security logs are deleted within 30 days unless needed for an incident investigation.
